Rock climbing and Abseiling can be a daunting prospect for some and a walk in the park for others. Regardless of where you stand within that statement, we cater for all abilities and levels of psyche.
If you are looking to give climbing a go then a taster session would be best suited to your needs. This would also be suitable for indoor climbers looking to experience real rock for the first time, or those looking for a new and exciting way to challenge themselves.

For those who already climb and are looking to improve their climbing skills on rock, an improvers course may be better suited to you. In this session, we can focus more on movement and the style of climbing, or look at climbing harder routes and finding your limit.

Abseiling is generally used as a method of descent but is also a great way to challenge a fear of heights, or to try something new without the prospect of clinging to a rockface. Though similar in some respects to climbing, this challenge is all about the descent. You will have control over your descent while your instructor keeps you safe using a separate safety line, allowing you to complete the abseil in your own time.
Regardless of the session you choose, all our sessions are private so we can tailor the experience to you for maximum impact.
Our climbing and abseiling sessions run as either half days or full days, with a maximum group size of 6. Under 18’s are welcome on our climbing sessions but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire session.
